All products are charged in US dollars. Applicable taxes are extra. Shipping is extra. Applicable
duties are extra (see International Shipping below for more information on duties).
For multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple packages.


Our products are fulfilled using a drop-ship company in the US. Orders are printed on-site in the
warehouse and shipped out per item from this location. We do not carry stock. If you are unsatisfied
with your purchase, the first thing to do would be to contact support@unslaved.com and refer to your
order # in the email.

We will do our best to replace the item or offer a refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days. If 30 days
have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Important: Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Contact us instead.


If the item you received is not as advertised (printing error, colour, or defective), please contact us
immediately at support@unslaved.com.


Shipping costs are added to the order once confirmed. You will be sent a receipt with a breakdown of
the purchase. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address. Shipping time
depends on product availability and delivery destination.

Different couriers are used based on the country you ordered from. Contact us to retrieve a tracking
number, if you haven’t already been sent one.

Late or missing items

Please contact support@unslaved.com to get updates on your package. If you have ordered multiple
items, they may be shipped in separate packaging.

There are situations where the end address is not found or undeliverable, either because of a mistake in
the address, or missing information. The item will be returned to the warehouse. We will contact you if
this occurs, however keep in mind it can take a long time (especially for international shipping).

International shipping

At times, items are randomly selected for inspection at border crossings. This can take an undetermined
length of time. We do not get updates from border agents with packages. They remain there until
inspected. If this is the case, you may be charged duties over and above the order price. Unslaved.com
& unslavedstore.com is not responsible for duty fees whatsoever, as it is out of our control. Packages
are randomly selected so it is not guaranteed these duty fees will be incurred.

Shipping Returns

If you insist, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
